Liz has been helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles for over 15 years. After graduating from Apollo College (now Carrington College), she began her career in dentistry and quickly discovered her passion for both patient care and treatment coordination.
As both a Dental Assistant and Treatment Coordinator, Liz enjoys guiding patients through their dental journey and helping them understand the life-changing impact that a healthy, beautiful smile can have on their confidence. One of her favorite parts of dentistry is seeing patients leave with renewed self-esteem and knowing she played a role in their transformation.
Originally from Arizona, Liz values the relationships she has built throughout her career. Having worked alongside many of her teammates for over 10 years, she considers them an extension of her family. She believes that a supportive team environment helps create the best possible experience for every patient.
Outside of the office, Liz enjoys spending time with her family and her boys, hiking Arizona’s beautiful trails, watching documentaries, and even racing cars as a hobby.
Kara K.
Dental Assistant & Treatment Coordinator
Kara K. is a dedicated Dental Assistant who is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. She attended San Diego Mesa College and graduated with honors, building a strong foundation for a career focused on exceptional patient care.
Kara enjoys working closely with patients and finds the greatest reward in seeing smiles transformed and confidence restored. Her caring personality and attention to detail help create a positive experience for every patient she meets.
Originally from Kendall, Alabama, Kara values family and enjoys spending her free time attending concerts, shopping, and making memories with loved ones. She is also a proud dog owner to Baxter, a German Shepherd mix who keeps her active and entertained.
Kimberly B.
Dental Assistant
Kimberly B. has been serving patients in the dental field for over eight years. She graduated from Phoenix College and has continued to expand her knowledge and skills through advanced training, earning her EFDA (Expanded Function Dental Assistant) certification. Kimberly is also passionate about education and enjoys sharing her expertise as an instructor at a dental assisting school.
Kimberly loves helping patients feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits, especially those who experience anxiety about treatment. One of her favorite parts of dentistry is calming nervous patients and seeing the positive impact a healthy, restored smile can have on someone’s confidence and quality of life.
Born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona, Kimberly enjoys spending her free time hiking local trails, getting lost in a good book, and exploring the outdoors. She is a proud pet parent to three dogs—Zorro, Zuko, and Zylo—who keep her busy and entertained.
With her warm personality, extensive experience, and dedication to patient care, Kimberly is committed to making every visit a positive and comfortable experience.
Vanessa O.
Dental Assistant
Vanessa O. has been helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles for over 23 years. Originally from Chino, California, she graduated with honors from Apollo College, now known as Carrington College, and has dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care and support.
As a Dental Assistant, Vanessa loves helping people feel comfortable and confident throughout their dental journey. One of the most rewarding parts of her job is seeing patients fall in love with their smiles and being part of a team that helps make those transformations possible. She values working alongside a great team and enjoys contributing to an environment focused on success, positivity, and patient care.
Outside of the office, Vanessa enjoys horseback riding, surfing at Newport Beach, hiking, traveling, watching movies, and working on her truck. She is also a proud horse owner to Duke, a Thoroughbred, and Tallulah, an Appaloosa.
Vanessa’s experience, compassion, and dedication to helping others make her a valued member of the dental team. She is proud to be part of something special and strives to make every patient’s experience a positive one.
Jeneen V.
Lead Hygienist
Jeneen is originally from Northern California but moved to Arizona with her husband in 1998. She loves to sing and make people laugh. Jeneen has been affectionately called the “Singing Hygienist” by her patients. She loves being a sports mom to her talented son and enjoys spending quality time at home with her family and pets. She graduated from Phoenix College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2010 and has been providing exceptional dental hygiene care ever since.

Hygienst
Holly was born and raised in Arizona. She spends as much time as possible outdoors with her family and dog. Holly has two beautiful children who keep her on her toes. She loves to read, ride bikes, garden, and travel as often as she can. Holly strives to make her patients comfortable and provide the best preventive care. She graduated from Phoenix College with a degree in Dental Hygiene in 2011.
Makayla N.
Billing and Insurance Consultant
Makayla has been working in dentistry for over 10 years, with a primary focus on practice management, insurance coordination, and patient experience. She is passionate about helping others, which is what originally drew her to the dental field. In fact, when she was a little girl, one of her favorite things to do was play “pretend receptionist”—a glimpse into the career path she would one day love. She’ll be your go-to for insurance and billing related inquiries.
Born and raised in a small town in Arizona, Makayla enjoys building relationships with patients and helping them feel welcomed, informed, and cared for throughout their dental journey. She believes that great dentistry goes beyond clinical care and starts with creating a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.
Outside of the office, Makayla enjoys spending time with her husband, Kelley, their daughter Lillia, and their dog, River. As a family, they love hiking Arizona’s beautiful trails when the weather isn’t 100 degrees and making the most of every opportunity to be together. Makayla also enjoys watching foreign films and classic Westerns, playing the piano, and teaching reformer Pilates.
Ansley T.
Patient Scheduling Manager
Originally from Arizona, she is excited to be beginning her career in dentistry and has been part of the field for the past 38 days, enjoying every opportunity to learn and grow. A graduate of Phoenix College, she loves spending her free time being adventurous with her significant other, Robert, coaching girls’ and boys’ volleyball, working out, and making memories with their three dogs—two beagles, Buster and Bailey, and a Doberman named Bronx. Her favorite part of working in dentistry is helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for. She enjoys being part of a team that can make a positive difference in someone’s day, whether it’s easing their nerves, sharing a smile, or helping them leave happier than when they arrived.
